Located alongside the N1 national highway, the Kraaifontein Industrial area is among the most accessible areas for any means of transportation. It is a relatively small industrial node of approximately 440,000 square meters. The addition of Wynland Industrial Park more than doubled the geographical footprint.
The strategic location is one of the reasons for increased demand from large international companies along with the scarce availability of land. Future growth is another factor driving demand in the area.
